For the past few days, I have been craving a beef stir fry. Last week, my hubby’s grandson was cooking it. I had some and it hit the spot. Last night, I decided to cook some myself. Here are the ingredients I used:
Beef Stir Fry
Ingredients
1.50 lb of Beef Round Boneless Bottom Roast
1/2 cup of Kikkoman Stir- Fry sauce
1 lb of Great Value Deluxe Stir-Fry
2 tsp of beef granules
1 cup of chopped onions
3 small cloves of minced garlic
1 cup of water
Instructions
Cut the beef to your preferred size
Saute the garlic in a frying pan with 1 tablespoon of oil until it turns brownish.
Add the beef and the water.
Bring it to a boil and then add the beef granules.
Pour in the stir-fry sauce when the beef is tender and there’s only a little amount of liquid is left in the pan.
Stir to spread the sauce evenly and let it simmer for a few minutes.
Serve hot with rice (optional)
Notes
I decided to use the Great Value Deluxe Stir-Fry because it is a mix of broccoli, Italian beans, carrots, baby corn cobs, water chestnuts and red peppers. I used Kikkoman Preservative Free because it has less sodium. My hubby can’t eat foods with high sodium without causing him a lot of pain.
