My hubby and I just moved in to one of these very spacious fully furnished studio type apartments for only 15,000 pesos about $375 USD a month. The building is located along the highway. It is close to the bus and van terminals of the nearby cities. It is also close to the grocery store and a wet market where you can find freshly caught fish & produce. The apartment building is in a gated compound.
