2016 is coming to an end. It means that it is time to make New Year’s resolution guides for those who are fans of resolutions. I used to make resolutions but I never ever followed through. What I usually do now is make flexible goals and that seems to work better for me. I think the reason I can’t stick to strict resolutions is because even though I am a realistic person and always strive to create a positive transformation in life, I tend to forget.
2016 has been great overall. I am very thankful for everything that happened good, bad and the ugly.
Both my hubby and I don’t normally eat breakfast. We are a brunch people and our brunch meal is usually cereal. If there is one habit that I am going to change next year, I think it would be eating a breakfast meal. That sounds like a healthy morning routine for me in 2017. I am aware and it has been taught by my mother that breakfast is the most important meal of the day. It is important in order for us to function well at what we do.
I have been into eating healthy. I have been doing well in that area for many years and I am proud of myself for keeping on the right track. Since I am also into fruit, I always like to mix my favorite fruit in my cereal bowl. Among of my favorite fruits are strawberries, blueberries and raspberries.
