I Need a Pedicure

These were my happy feet months ago when my hubby and I vacationed in the Philippines. That is the only place where I can make my feet happy at least once a week because pedicure there doesn’t cost me an arm and a leg. The last time I had a pedicure was when I was at my friend’s clinic and there was someone that does manicure and pedicure so I decided to give my feet a treat while my friend was working on my hubby’s mouth. It felt good after I got myself a pedicure. It only costs me a little over $1. I can’t get a pedicure for that amount here in the US. That’s why every time I go to the Philippines, getting pedicured is always on my things-to-do list :-).

Here are my tips for keeping my feet healthy that probably almost everyone already knows about. I select the perfect shoes for a certain type of activity. I make sure that I get pedicured safely. Most of the time, I wear flat shoes. Over the years, I chose fashion over comfort but recently learned from my hubby that I should look for comfort first when shopping for shoes. Even though I like high heels, I found them impractical and hard to walk in, especially since we live here in northern Minnesota. I have a few pairs of high heels but seldom wear them because we nearly go to formal affairs.
