Keeping My Weight Down

I have been feeling good about myself lately. That is mostly because I have been trying to lose weight and finally the diet plan that I am currently using is working for me. With my current diet plan, I don’t have to starve myself in order to lose weight. I can still eat the foods that I want but I need to do it in moderation. My diet plan is very simple. I only eat when I get hungry and not just for fun, entertainment or because the food tastes good. I lost eight pounds in the last three weeks. Last night, when I climbed on the scale, I was just 96 lbs. Both my hubby and I have been trying to eat healthier foods lately and have also been exercising on a regular basis. Our exercise routine often consists of doing chores like cutting, splitting and stacking wood. Every now and then, I like to dance along to my Zumba video.
