I freaked out when I opened up our first bill from our new phone/internet/cable provider. The payment is automatically withdrawn from our back account. The reason we had a big bill was that we got billed for two months. At first, I thought we got overcharged or there were hidden charges but as soon as my hubby got up from his nap, the problem was solved. He showed me that the billing dates were for two months and that it was actually a little less than what had been estimated.
