Who is Denis Mackenzie?

He had not always been in the winery business.

Denis Mackenzie was (and still is) actually working in an international marketing industry. He is currently the Chief Operations Officer (COO) of the company – and that in itself is already a huge achievement, considering that he started his professional career merely as an associate at a local firm that sells insurance policies for a nationwide company.

As a kid, Denis was raised in a small town “where family values were put above everything else”. The family-teen studied in local schools but would soon develop a love for traveling.

In this love for traveling and desire to see the world, he began traveling outside the country at a young age. He loved finding new places to explore.

This desire for traveling took him to many new places not just in the US but also to foreign grounds. Little by little, he was introduced to various activities in these foreign places until he discovered a passion for wine.

Seeing how great it was to have a vineyard and winery, Denis ventured in this business – and has not turned his back despite the tough times he experienced as a newcomer in this field.

Events at the Vineyard

He began to build his brand as he expanded his vineyard. To gain regular customers and to introduce Denis Mackenzie’s Winery, Denis organized various events and extracurricular activities to invite people to his vineyard.

Soon, the winery had a steady stream of visitors and regularly hosts various events.

Who would have thought that the winery he started in 2001 would ever get to be this big, becoming one of the best and most popular wineries in the country.

Now aged 40, Denis has no plans of slowing down as he continues hosting tours and wine-tasting events at Denis Mackenzie’s Winery. It is highly expected that he would continue to offer these activities and invite people to enjoy his vineyard and winery.
